(hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")
1. Importance of business conditions
1.1. Business conditions (in the sense of § 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, hereinafter referred to as " Civil Code ”) define and specify the basic rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer. By sending the completed form (order) and paying the agreed amount, the buyer confirms that he accepts these terms and conditions and that he was acquainted with them at the time of purchase.
1.2. The terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase agreement ("purchase agreement" refers to any agreement entered into under these terms and conditions). Business conditions are prepared in the Czech language.
1.3. All contractual relationships are governed by these terms and conditions and relationships not governed by the Civil Code and, if you are a consumer, by Law 634 / 1992 Coll., On consumer protection, as amended.
2. Seller, Buyer and Consumer
2.1. A buyer is a natural or legal person who purchases a Tantra & Relax, s.r.o. The buyer will be defined in the tax document and in the order.
2.2. A consumer is any person who consumes a purchase agreement product. This can be the Buyer directly or the person to whom the Product has been transferred by the Buyer.
2.3. Seller is Tantra & Relax, s.r.o.
3. Product
3.1. The product and its types covered in these terms and conditions are published on the web interface https://tantrarelax.cz.
3.2. Product prices are listed on the web interface, including all taxes. Prices remain valid as long as they are displayed in the web interface. If a manifestly incorrect price is published on the web interface due to a technical error, the Seller is not obliged to provide the product at this price, even if the purchase contract has already been concluded in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.3. The products are: Massage therapy, Touch Academy, Massage temple. The product does not include gift vouchers.
4. Ordering the Product
4.1. How to order the Product:
a) via the web interface at https://www.tantrarelax.cz,
b) by phone at the number listed on the web interface https://www.tantrarelax.cz.
4.2. Your order must include:
a) Completed form on the web interface,
b) Product type,
c) Number of massages,
d) Buyer contact information,
e) specification of the massage term (s).
4.3. Establishment of a contractual relationship.
The contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is established (ie the purchase contract is concluded) by sending the completed form and paying the payment through the payment gateway to https://www.tantrarelax.cz Buyer.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
5.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the ordered product to the Seller within the agreed term and in the agreed amount.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to take over the ordered product from the Seller within the agreed term and in the agreed quality.
5.3. The buyer agrees to the use of means of distance communication in concluding the purchase contract. The costs incurred in the use of means of distance communication in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract (especially the cost of internet connection, the cost of telephone calls) shall be borne by the Buyer.
5.4. Buyer has the right to cancel the product order under predetermined conditions point 8.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer within the agreed deadline and the agreed quality.
6.2. Seller has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in the event of non-compliance by the Buyer.
7. Payment terms
7.1. The seller is entitled to demand payment of the full price of the product before its implementation (§ 2119 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code does not apply).
7.2. Buyer will pay the price to Seller in the manner specified on the web interface.
7.3. Payment is in Czech crowns (CZK).
8. Withdrawal from the contract and Cancellation
8.1. Withdrawal from the purchase agreement is possible due to non-compliance with the terms of one of the parties.
8.2. The buyer has the right to cancel the product order, which is defined in chapter 3.3., No later than 12 hours before the agreed date of product performance. Based on the accepted cancellation, the Seller will return the payment to the Buyer in 100% in the form of a credit (under the customer's account), for the purchase of other products or the Seller will arrange a new date with the Buyer. Cancellation less than 12 hours before the performance of the product is not permitted and the payment will not be refunded to the Buyer.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. The Seller handles the protection of personal data (GDPR) in accordance with EU regulations.

10. Final provisions
10.1. For matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationship will be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the web interface. Information on the individual technical steps leading to the conclusion of the purchase contract can be seen from the web interface.
10.2. The Seller handles out-of-court settlement of consumer complaints through its email address above. Seller is bound by the Code of Ethics for customers.
10.3. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is invalid or ineffective or inapplicable (including for reasons of non-compliance with consumer protection law), or If this happens, the invalid provision will be replaced by a provision whose meaning is as close as possible to the invalid provision. The invalidity or ineffectiveness or inapplicability of one provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. Amendments to the purchase contract or business conditions require a written form.
10.4. The purchase contract, including the business conditions, is stored and archived by the Seller in electronic form and is not accessible to third parties (provisions of these conditions and the law on the provision of purchase terms and conditions are not affected in any way).
10.5. The wording of the terms and conditions may be changed or supplemented by the Seller. The rights and obligations of the parties are always governed by the wording of the terms and conditions under which they arose.
10.6. In the event of an inquiry about the terms and conditions and the purchase agreement, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with all necessary information without delay.
